훈마넷 캄푸치아왕국 수상이 어제 캄푸치아왕국 육군(Royal Cambodian Army) 창설 25주년 기념식에서 국가가 계속해서 평화를 누릴 수 있도록 색깔혁명이나 봉기를 일으키려는 모든 시도를 전면적으로 단속하도록 아래와 같이 군대에 촉구함.
"우리는 우리의 성취와 성과를 자랑스럽게 생각하지만, 2024년에도 캄푸치아가 세계적 불안으로 인해 약간 또는 간접적으로 영향을 받음에도 불구하고 테러와 초국가적 범죄는 변화하는 국제상황으로 인한 취약성, 강대국의 지정학적, 정치적 경쟁, 내정 개입 시도, 색채 혁명, 독립과 주권, 영토 보전에 대한 위협, 소수의 반역자와 정치인의 야망 등과 함께 여전히 위험한 주제로 남아 있다는 것을 우리 모두 알고 있습니다.(Even though we are proud of our accomplishments and achievements, we all know that in 2024, despite Cambodia being slightly or indirectly affected by global insecurity, terrorism and transnational crimes remains a dangerous subject, coupled with the fragility caused by the changing international situation, the geopolitical and political race by the great powers, the attempt to meddle in the internal affairs, the colour revolution, as well as the threat to independence, sovereignty, territorial integrity, and the ambitions of a handful of traitors and politicians,)"
"따라서 이 모든 문제를 해결하기 위해 우리는 군이 더욱 경계하고 이에 대해 유연하고 권위 있는 조치를 취할 준비가 되어 있을 것을 촉구합니다.(Therefore, in order to address all these issues, we urge the military to be extra vigilant, and ready to take flexible and authoritative measures against it)"
마넷 수상은 캄푸치아왕군(Royal Cambodian Armed Forces)과 모든 부대가 효과적으로 대응하고 모든 분야의 부대를 강화하여 지도력, 지휘권, 역량 구축 및 강력한 방어를 강화하기 위해 계속해서 개혁에 집중해야 한다고 덧붙임.
캄푸치아왕군 총사령관 봉삐쎈(Vong Pisen) 대장은 국가주권과 영토 보전을 수호하는 모든 캄푸치아왕군 장병들의 업적을 높이 평가했으며, 캄푸치아왕국 육군 사령관 마오쏘판(Mao Sophan)은 왕실육군이 지난 25년 동안 특히 평화와 국가 발전을 수호하는 등 많은 성과를 거두었다고 평가함.
